Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with matters involving licensed contractors.
